Lemon and Citrus Fresh
Citrus oils are known to relieve anxious feelings, help provide a bright outlook, and put a little sunshine in your day! These two oils are fantastic to use to boost your mood, and also to combine with other oils in the diffuser.
They are also both vitality oils which means that you can add them to your water and your cooking recipes. Citrus oils contain high amounts of D-limonene which can help correct cellular damage and are powerful detoxifiers!! Drinking lemon water is a great way to detox your body!!
Lavender contains chemical compounds that are soothing and relaxing to the body and mind. Lavender is also used for feelings of abandonment or in times of transition.
It can be a very powerful emotional oil! There is also research about taking internal lavender and how that helps with anxiety and insomnia.
Stress away: this is an oil that typically people love or hate… It is very powerful and many of us are holding onto a lot of stress. I remember my first time I had my mom smell this oil, and she was extremely stressed, she told me it’s not like garbage. A few minutes later she told me she felt so much better. LOL. It’s funny how the brain works sometimes.
If you do not like stress away, that is OK! Try to combine it with some thing else you do like we’re just revisit it from time to time. This is a tropical kind of blend with Ocotea, lime, Cedarwood, lavender, Copaiba!
Frankincense helps oxygenate our brain, bringing fresh thinking and shift in perspective. Frankincense helps us balance our emotional thinking with logical thinking. It is very grounding and often used before meditation, prayer, or other spiritual practice.
This is an oil of ancient significance and so do not be surprised if you have strong feelings come up about the aroma!
Peace & Calming
Peace & Calming is so soothing to frayed nerves and helps calm tension… great for you, your kids, and everyone around you.
This blend contains oils like tangerine, patchouli and blue tansy and it is one of my all-time faves. From everyday frustrations to deep loss of trauma, this is one to have on hand!
